According to the result, there were shown that there were no significant correlation between age groups and core strength and also flexibility. Participants were separated into two groups; the first group (19-21 years old) and second group (22-24 years old). The data were analyzed used the Bivariate Correlation (Pearson Correlation Coefficients) test. After analyzed, the correlations score was show at r=0.404, P 0.05 for age groups and flexibility correlation, while r=0.102, P 0.05 for age groups and core strength correlation. Level of significant (P 0.05) score will show either there is a significant correlation or no significant correlation between the age groups and flexibility and core strength score. For this study, there is no significant correlation between age groups and flexibility and core strength score. So the null hypothesis, H0 was accepted and rejecting the hypothesis one, H1. This is because, the scoring more than 0.05. When the score is below or equal to 0.05 (P 0.05), then there will be a significant correlation.
